	Every one of us has beings of light and energy who surround us with love and protection. You need only reach out and feel that love. Some of our guardians are teachers, and will step in to help you reach your next step in this life's journey. Some have been watching over you for many different lifetimes. They are beings of pure love. They do not judge or reprimand. They accept you as you are -- to them you have no flaws -- just different roads and obstacles which you need to overcome and they are there to help you with those obstacles. These beings are angels, shamans, gods and goddesses, energy beings, and sometimes relatives who have crossed over, staying with you to show you the way to knowledge and healing. Angels are healers -- not only physically, but emotionally. Isn't it comforting to know you are not alone; that your angel spreads his wings around you in a loving and protective embrace?

The Nine Orders of Angels

Seraphim are the highest order of angels. Said to have six wings.
Cherubim are guardian spirits; far from the cutesy baby angels depicted in art, the Cherubim are pictured as huge winged creatures, sometimes as winged lions with human heads.
Dominions are in charge administering all angels' duties. Their emblems are orbs and scepters. Zadkiel and Chamuel are their Chiefs.
Thrones are called the "many eyed ones." Thrones are the angels of Justice.
Principalities watch over the leaders of man and are the protectors of religion.
Powers protect the world against evil. The Powers are the first created angels. Sammael is their Chief.
Virtues are the miracle workers. They bestow grace and valor to mankind. Michael and Raphael are their chiefs.
Archangels intercede for mankind. Most guardian angels are from this order. Michael is also chief of Archangels.
Angels are the lowest order of angels although this does not make them less in importance. There are millions of angels doing good throughout the universe, each one of them important and necessary.

Ariel The name Ariel means '' the Lion of God'' - the Lion is the sign of the Sun. Ariel is a Virtue and helps with Rafael his healings. Ariel teaches the secrets of nature through dreams and shows the place of lost objects - reveals occult and mystic secrets through meditation - is able to resolve the most difficult problems through inspiration and takes decisions in the right moment. Ariel awakens in mankind the interest for meditation and for research of all kinds of mystic and secret teachings - Ariel allows mankind to discover that clarifying the mind and spirit brings advantages. Ariel works in the service of spirituality: being useful for the fellowship, using the best technologies like informatics, tools of radiology, techniques of trans communication and creates connections for us to access that help us to be able to feel high energy frequencies.

Auriel The tallest of angels with eyes that can see across eternity. He oversees all of the nature and nature spirits. He is associated with summer and the yellow-headed blackbird is his herald. Oriole is also associated with him. Auriel is an archangel.

Azrael Azrael is one of the angels of death, charged with the task of separating the soul from the body. He is an Angel of Protection (along with Michael and Gabriel). Azrael is a Throne.

Cassiel Ruler of Saturday. The angel of solitudes and tears who "shews forth the unity of the eternal kingdom". Cassiel is one of the rulers of the planet Saturn and is also the ruling prince of the seventh heaven. Cassiel is one of the princes of the order of powers. Sometimes, he appears as the angel of temperance. He is very beautiful and gentle. Call on him when you need the innocence of youth. He brings balance for in life there is always a paradox. Light – dark, joy – sorrow, excitement – anxiety. You cannot appreciate one without the other. Cassiel is a Power.

Chairoum The angel of the North. Described as holding a rod of fire.

Chamuel The Chief of the order of Dominions and one of the Chiefs of Powers. Chamuel embodies the principle of unconditional love. He urges you to love yourself for if you are unable to love yourself you will not be able to love others. Others take you at your own value so the more you love and respect yourself the more others will love and respect you.

Hadraniel, Hadriel An angelic guard who guards the gates of the East Wind.

Haniel Haniel is the chief angel of Virtue and Innocence. He is one of the Archangels. He is the angel of December and his name means ”glory of God”

Gabriel The Angel of Mercy, Vengeance, Death and Revelation. The Ruling Prince of the First Heaven and the Prince of Justice. Gabriel is of Chaldean origin and the Angel who appeared to Joan of Arc, also the Angel of the Annunciation.

Gadiel One of the guards of the gates of the South Wind and prince of the West.

Gazardiel Angel of the East; charged with the rising and setting of the sun.

Iofiel Companion angel of Metratron; the intelligence of the planet Saturn.

Jeremiel The lord of souls awaiting resurrection. One of the order of Archangels; may also be a Principality.

*Kalka’il* Kalka’il is the guardian angel invoked in the rites of exorcism. He is of the Fifth Heaven and in charge of the Houris.

Kerkoutha Ruler of the South direction.

Melchisedec One of the Virtues, the Angel of Righteousness. Described as a celestial virtue of great grace. The Prince of Peace. His symbol is a loaf of bread and a chalice.

*Metatron* Metatron is the scribe of heaven. He transmits the daily orders of God to the angels Gabriel and Sammael. Metatron is the twin brother to Sandalphon. He is one of the greatest of all angels, honored as the angel of the face, the angel of the presence, chief of the ministering angels, the chief recording angel, chancellor of heaven, the angel by whom the world is maintained, and a being so mighty that he possesses seventy-two other names. The purpose of Metatron is to bring together the complementary energies of male and female to create a balanced universe, as we strive to balance our own internal masculine/feminine energies to create our own balanced life so we also help balance the universe. He appears as purple energy.

Michael Michael is of Chaldean origin and is the Chief of the Order of Virtues, Chief of the Archangels, and the Angel of repentance, righteousness, mercy and sanctification. Chief angel, deliverer of the faithful, tutelary prince of Israel. An angel who grants miracles, fosters mercy, repentance, truth, sanctification, blessing, immortality, patience and love to human-kind. This archangel is protective of those who are just and good. Angel of insomnia and patience. He strengthens our spirits in difficult times. Michael is often depicted as winged and with unsheathed sword. In the Renaissance period, he is shown as young, strong, and handsome, wearing a splendid coat of mail and equipped with sword, shield and spear. His wings are the color of green emerald, generally conspicuous and very grand. He usually holds in his hand the scales of justice. He appears as golden energy.

Missaln One of the Angels of the Moon, the Angel of Monday, and helpful with magic rites. A physically strong Angel, he can bear any weight that you give him. He appears to me as liquid silver light and to my psychic friend as a strong man with blue-black hair. Missaln is a Virtue.

Nathanael An angel of vengeance and lord of the element of fire. He is set over "hidden things." He is said to be the sixth angel created.

Orifiel A prince of the order of Thrones and with dominion over Saturn. Protector of the Wilderness. One of the angels of Saturday.

Phanuel The archangel of penance; a protector angel; said to be one of the four angels who stand in the presence of God (along with Michael, Gabriel and Raphael)

*Raguel* Raguel is the angel of Earth; guardian of the Second Heaven; and the angel who brings other angels to account.

Rahmiel The angel of Mercy and one of the angels of Love. A Protector Angel against evil.

Ramiel The angel of Thunder and presider over true visions.

Raphael Raphael is of Chaldean origin and his original name was Labbiel. One of the princes of the presence and regent of the sun. This archangel is extremely healing to all living beings. He is the angel of prayer, love, joy, providence, healing, light, science, and knowledge. He is protective of travelers, guarding and guiding those who take outward or inward journeys. Raphael also grants courage and encourages scientific breakthroughs and knowledge in general. Raphael is one of the seven chief angels. He is known as the Semitic God of Air and one of the four presences set over all the diseases and all the wounds of the children of men. Raphael is charged to heal the earth. He is the regent of the sun, Patron of Travelers, Chief of the order of Virtues and overseer of the evening winds. He is associated with Spring and rebirth. Above all, he is the angel of healing. He appears as green energy.

Raziel The angel of secret regions and the Supreme Mysteries. The personification of Divine Wisdom.

Sandalphon Sandalphon is the Angel of Glory and the Angel of Prayer; He is one of the tallest angels and gathers the prayers of the faithful. Sandalphon is connected with Earth energies and can help you to establish a secure link between the universal energy and Earth. Sandalphon also offers you security. Those who feel insecure will often seek security outside themselves. They think if they achieve yet another goal this will make them feel secure. Sandalphon teaches us to look within ourselves and reminds us that we are safe and secure in the presence of our angels.

Sariel One of the Angels of the Summer Equinox. He is a protector angel and a shield against evil.

Seraphiel One of the chiefs of the order of Seraphim; presides over Mercury and the day Tuesday.

Suriel An angel of healing and one of the angels of primordial powers. One of the rulers of Earth.

Tabris An angel of the sixth hour who presides over free will, self-determination, choice and alternatives. When you feel stuck in any situation, pray to this illumined one for the ability to see creative alternatives. He is quiet and timid and would prefer to be invisible and unnoticed. His responsibilities weigh heavily on him and he does not take them lightly. Tabris is a Principal.

Uriel Uriel is the Angel of Salvation and presider over Tartarus or Hades; he is the Prince of Lights and the Angel of September. The Angel who watches over terror and thunder. Uriel is the Angel who gave man alchemy and is using depicted holding a flame in his right hand. He is a Cherubim and a Seraph and associated with the element Earth.

Verchiel The Angel of the month of July and the sign of Leo. One of the rulers of the order of Powers; and a governor of the Sun.

Yefefiah The Angel of the Torah, who instructed Moses in the mysteries of the cabala. When the world was first created, Yefefiah taught humans seventy different languages. This guiding and teaching angel inspires the human race to pursue wisdom, knowledge and a love of learning. My psychic friend sees him as a blond, jovial, robust Nordic type. His gift is humor. Yefefiah is a Virtue.

*Zadkiel* Zadkiel is the Angel of benevolence, mercy, and memory. He is one of Michael’s assistants and also works with Gabriel. Chief of the order of Dominions.

Zagzagel A prince of the Presence and the angel of Wisdom. Zagzagel is the teacher of angels. He is described as having horns of glory. Zagzagel personifies wisdom that has been born of faith and can triumph over hardship. He helps his charges reach their full potential. He teaches us how to listen to our inner wisdom by searching deep within for our own truth. His color is gold.

Zaphiel One of the Cherubim and a prince of the planet Saturn. He is said to be the swiftest of the Cherubim.

Zlar One of the glorious and benevolent angels who will share the secret wisdom of the creator when invoked. My psychic friend sees him as passing through the ages of man from infant to old man over and over. He is the Angel of Transition and Change. Zlar is an Archangel.
