Every living
thing has a soul. Those are the two most important things to know about your soul. You are comprised of three different parts: your personality, your essence, and your spark. Your personality is who you are for this lifetime only. Your essence is what is known as the soul; it continues lifetime after lifetime, developing as we learn and experience life. Your spark is your very core -- the piece of you that came from God itself, the Tao, the Universal Oneness, or whatever you want to call it. The Tao or God is pure love and therefore your spark is also pure love. On this planet there are three sentient beings (a being who is self-aware) or higher forms of souls. The highest is mankind. Whales and Dolphins are also higher forms of souls, but just not as advanced as we are. A soul cannot die or be destroyed. Sparks (or souls) become sentient over eons of time, slowly becoming self-aware. When you came out of the Tao, you were more than likely non-sentient, but over time your soul grew and experienced and became sentient -- and now always will be. You cannot regress. Also, a soul cannot go into a lower form -- you will never reincarnate into a dog or insect -- you will always stay as a higher life form. However, a soul can move through similar species. For example, wolves, tigers and lions are fading from our planet, but their souls are still with us, reincarnated as dogs and cats. Plants also have souls, but nothing like ours. A Plant is an expression of the creativity of the Tao or Universal God. Therefore, it is a miniscule piece of the Tao, but it is not aware of anything but its growing cycle. Animals have hive souls, a much simpler soul than ours. In other words, a cat might be made up of several souls, one inside the animal and several around it helping it. Just as you do
as a living being, a soul grows from an infant to an elder. In order to gain experience, your soul chooses a set of personality traits and goals for each lifetime (your personality). It creates experience or karma in the early stages and pays it back in the later lifetimes. Every lifetime moves your soul towards wholeness, karmic balance and integration into the pure love of the Tao or God. The Michael Entity To help us understand where we are on this karmic journey, an entity composed of 1,050 souls who call themselves "Michael" has made themselves available to you in order to help you understand where your soul is in its journey. Cycles Before the start of each lifetime, you choose goals and personality traits that will help you achieve those goals and also obstacles that will you need to overcome to gain more experience. You can choose to create karma or to pay it back. You can choose to help another soul on their karmic path. When you've finished your karmic journey (from Infant Soul to Old Soul) on this planet, you go to a new planet and start all over again. This is called a Cycle. For most of us here on Earth, this is our 7th to 13th Cycle; however, recently I've been reading for people with Earth as their 4th planet -- they are souls from a planet that exploded a few eons ago and have now reincarnated on Earth to continue their cycles. Remember, an Old Soul who is on his/her 7th cycle is actually younger than a Baby Soul who is on his/her 12th cycle. The 7th cycle soul came from the Tao or Universal Oneness much later than the 12th cycle soul. Frequencies Each of our souls vibrate to a Frequency on a scale of one to a hundred. Slow frequencies feel steady, stable and substantial. Higher frequencies feel effervescent, ethereal and airy. You feel more comfortable with people close to your own frequency. Those with slower frequencies tend to move through their experiences more slowly and with a greater steadiness than those with faster frequencies. Not to mean that they are slower in their actions, but that they tend to move through the steps of their lives more slowly, with a definite, regular rhythm. Those with rapid frequencies tend to buzz through lives, having the same amount of experience in 40 years that a slower frequency has in 70 years. No configuration is good or bad. Each is like a unique color scheme on a master painting. I vibrate to a frequency of 73 which is very high. I have a close friend who vibrates to 29 which is a very low frequency. I tire him out just by sitting on his couch. I don't have to do anything -- just my presence (and my fast vibration) wears him out. Kings, Sages, and Warriors tend to have lower frequencies since they are more solid roles, while Priests and Artisans have higher frequencies. Servers and Scholars run the gamut of frequencies. Your frequency is permanent -- you came out of the Tao or Universal Oneness with it -- and it will never change. Male/Female Ratio Each soul has a certain percentage of male and female energy, regardless of the gender of your physical body. Male energy is directed, focused, goal-oriented and productive. It corresponds with left-brained thinking. Female energy is creative, process-oriented, and unstructured. The female energy conditions the environment while male energy structures it. This energy ratio remains the same forever, life after life, planet after planet. It is what we came out of the Tao with. |

Each soul is a certain age: Infant, Baby, Young, Mature and Old which are divided further in seven levels. Soul Age identified how old we are on this planet, not how many planetary cycles we have experienced. Even if you are a very old soul planetary-wise who came out of the Tao or Universal Oneness eons ago, you still will start out as an Infant on each new planet you chose to live on. Each and every soul must go through all the stages of maturity, with each level consisting of several lifetimes. You keep doing the level until you achieve your goal and get passed your obstacle. An Old Soul is no better than a Young Soul -- we all have gone through these ages -- just as all of us have grown from childhood to adult. A soul age can never regress -- only move forward. Infant Souls: Those souls who just leaving the Tao or God. They are inexperienced and fearful. Primitive. There are no more souls being born on Earth who are Infant Souls. Approximately 35 lifetimes are needed to complete this age. Baby Souls: These souls seek out higher authorities to give them structure and meaning. They find comfort in knowing what to expect and are unshakeable in their beliefs, because believing "outside the box" is frightening to them. Baby Souls gravitate to mainstream and fairly rigid religions, to structure organizations like the military, the NRA, etc. To them, the world is only black and white, with no shades of gray. Around 40 lifetimes are needed to complete this age. Charlton Heston and Jerry Falwell are examples of Baby Souls. Young Souls: The United States is currently a Young Soul nation. You can see in television and advertisement. Body beautiful, "Sex in the City", fascination with models, etc. Young Souls are all about themselves. Youth, beauty and power. Success drives them. They strive for a good education, preferably at an Ivy League university, then to become rich and famous. Young Souls heavily identify with their bodies – sometimes to doing all they can to preserve their youth. They usually regard death with fear. Around 25 lifetimes are needed to complete this age. Donald Trump, Wayne Newton, and Arnold Schwarzenegger are Young Souls. Mature Souls: These are the souls who are being to seek the truth. They begin to look into alternative religions and ways of life. They are open and curious. Relationships are all important. It is no longer the "me" attitude of the Young Soul, rather they now have a "we" attitude. Mature Souls will sometimes leave everything behind (jobs, wealth, etc.) to pursue a life that is much simpler. Around 25 lifetimes are needed to complete this age. Denzel Washington, Bono (U2), Paul McCartney and Richard Gere are Mature Souls. Old Souls: These souls are the teachers. They have gone through all the cycles and now are ready to help the younger souls with their journey. They realize that they are only a small part of the whole and can see the connection between everything else and themselves. They dislike having to conform to a 9-to-5 job and are much happier in a job that allows them freedom. They gravitate toward gardening, teaching, counseling and find solace in natural surroundings. The number of lifetimes needed to complete this age is a matter of choice for each person -- anywhere from 4 to 40 -- depending on what they want to accomplish. Robert Redford, Paul Newman, John Lennon and Sting are Old Souls. An easy metaphor: A Baby Soul wants a home like everyone else has. A Young Soul wants a mansion. A Mature Soul wouldn't mind a home he built himself. An Old Soul could care less where he lives. The Levels Level 1 - This is the level of introduction, in which you experiment with the new soul age. First level souls operate from the previous soul age level (the 7th level of their prior soul age) and often slip back into that mode. This is a growing up level. Level 2 - The second level is difficult because you are torn between the comfort of your old soul age and the opportunities and growth of the new one. You divide your time between the new soul age and the prior one. You must weed out habits and perception of the prior level to advance to the next level. Level 3 - By the third level, you are completely in the new soul age; however, it is internalized. You look inward; it is a time of introspection. Third level souls tend to be more introspective and quieter. It is a very hard level for Kings, Artisans, and Warriors as they are action oriented. Level 4 - In the fourth level, you take your new soul age out into the world. It is a level where you are busy and visible; the opposite of the prior introspective third level. It is a karmic formation level, where you reach out to others and form relationships with them that can be karmicly intense. Fourth level deal with karmic formation while sixth level deals with karmic cleanup. Level 5 - In the fifth level, you first begin to glimpse the upcoming level. It is like reaching a peak of a mountain only to find a whole mountain range ahead of you. In the fifth level, you feel unstable, you feel the need to prepare yourself for the next soul age, and you feel that you have lost the security of your current soul age. Fifth level souls feel like they don’t quite fit in. Warriors, King and Scholars like to pass through this level quickly while Priests, Servers, Sages and Artisans revel in this level because it gives them the opportunity to explore the unusual side of their natures. Level 6 - This level is one of the busiest levels because it is where you complete most of the karma accumulated earlier in this cycle or from prior cycles. This is not only debt you owe, but debt that people owe you. A sixth level Old Soul will have to complete all his karmic debt during this level before he can move on to the seventh and final level and cycle off. Sixth level souls are more outgoing than usual in order to reach the right people for your karmic debt. Sixth level Mature is the most demanding of all the soul levels. Toward the end of this level, you begin to teach what you know in preparation for the seventh level. Level 7 - In the seventh and final level, you relax from the karmic activity of the prior level and begin to teach what you have learned to the younger souls. A seventh level young soul might find himself advising people on how to be successful. A seventh level Mature would gravitate towards counseling and healing work. A seventh level Old would try to find a way to teach on an international level. One of the requirements of completing the cycle (your time on each planet) is that you successfully teach someone else what you have learned. Old Souls will take as many (or as few) lives as needed to accomplish this final task. |

Each soul has its own personality or essence which, in the Michael Chart, is called a "role." There are seven roles and your soul is one of these during its entire stay on this planet. For all its lifetimes, your soul is in this one role. The seven roles are: Server: A server soul loves to help out and will do almost anything for anyone. They have a friendly, approachable look about them. They get a lot done and don't seek out rewards or praise. The fastest means of spiritual growth is service to others, putting the needs of others before your own. Servers currently comprise about 30% of the Earth's population. Servers are inspirational to us all, but tend to stay in the background and rarely become prominent or famous. Famous Servers include: Mother Teresa, Florence Nightingale, Queen Elizabeth II, and Queen Victoria. Priest: This role has nothing to do with religion, although a spiritual person might be in the Priest role. The essence of the priest role is compassion and the ability to serve others by inspiring them. They are driven to achieve a higher good. They tend to be visionaries and often involved in a number of projects at the same time. Sleep is a waste of time for them. They go through their cycle of lifetimes faster than the other roles because of their intensity. The Earth has only a small percentage (7%) of Priests. Famous Priests include: Princess Diana, Jesse Jackson, Julius Caesar and Nancy Reagan. Artisan: The essence of the Artisan is creativity, to bring to life that which has never been done before. An Artisan need not necessarily do anything to create -- their mere presence can influence a shift and transform the essence of a room, a life, or a way of thinking. They often find day-to-day routines dull and boring and are always trying out new things to alleviate the boredom. They sometimes appear to be flaky, impractical or spaced out. They are the most misunderstood of all the Roles and feel the most isolated. They are drawn to arts and crafts. Artisans comprise 18% of the population. Famous Artisans are: Michelangelo, Mozart, Edgar Allen Poe, Leonardo da Vinci, and George Lucas. Sage: Sages stand out in a crowd. They are dramatic, witty, rather long winded and often wise. They are creative and skilled in the use of words and expression. Language is their tool. They are comfortable in large groups and seek attention. They are fun loving, and thereby, slow to mature. They do not want to enlighten others as Priests do, only to inform and have fun. They love information gathering like the Scholar does, but while the Scholar will store it, the Sage will tell it to everyone he meets. About 11% of Earth's population are Sages. Famous Sages are: Abraham Lincoln, Anthony Hopkins, Shakespeare, Mark Twain, and Sting. Warrior: Warriors approach life through their five senses. They are solid and down to Earth, highly focused and excellent strategists. Warriors are goal setters and are uncomfortable without a goal to strive for. They tend to be solitary and like to tackle projects on their own. Because of their love for organization and planning, they are excellent businessmen, managers and developers. Warriors often overwork -- to the point of dying from it. Warriors tend to die younger than the other Roles because of this. For them, life is contest to be won. They are the "doers" of our world. They prefer to have male bodies, so often incarnate as males rather than females. They make up 20% of the population. Famous Warriors are: George Patton, Bono (U2), Martin Luther King, John Wayne, and Robert Redford. King: A King enjoys overseeing and directing the action, while a Warrior wants to do everything for himself. Kings only account for 2% of the population because they impact the overall population so profoundly. A little bit of King goes a long way. Kings gravitate toward situations where they can delegate authority. They make excellent managers, politicians, and CEOs. They are leaders in investment fields, rectors of parishes, etc. They have a naturally regal bearing and can inspire a sense of loyalty in others. Famous Kings include: John F. Kennedy, Alexander the Great, Elizabeth I, and Katherine Hepburn. Scholar: The Scholar is the information gatherer. They select a subject and then study it ad nauseum. They are curious -- often going "where angels fear to tread" in their quest for knowledge. They are physically oriented like the Warrior, however, their sense of adventure is out of curiosity rather than challenge. They are not concerned with physical results, rather enlightenment. However, Scholars have more physical endurance than any other Role and are able to endure extremes of climate and adversity better. Since they store information and experiences in their bodies (kinesthetically), they have more physical problems, usually in the muscle tissue and bones. They have wide diversity in their various lifetimes. Scholars make up 13% of the population. Famous Scholars are: Plato, Socrates, Dan Rather, Ken Burns and Henry Kissinger. |

Goals Your goal is what you have chosen in this lifetime to achieve. It is the motivator in your life. Your soul will create situations in order to achieve this goal. Re-Evaluation: Only 1% of the population selects this goal at any one time. During this goal, you go over the prior experiences of your various lifetimes; it is a lifetime of introspection and consolidation. It is usually a quiet, peaceful lifetime. A lifetime of rest. Sometimes a soul chooses to have a disability that restricts movement and allows for the contemplation needed to achieve this goal. Growth: The most popular goal with 40% of the population choosing this goal. Growth offers a lifetime of activity, a need to experience new things. It is often chosen to help with karmic debt. People in Growth tend to be self-oriented and focused on themselves rather than others. Discrimination: 2% of the population. This is a lifetime of intense karma. It is the most difficult of goals to achieve. This is a lifetime of "weeding out" our experiences and keeping only the best. Vincent Van Gogh, Marilyn Monroe and Jack Kerouac are examples. Acceptance: 30% of the population. Chosen by Mature and Old Souls who are in the later stages of resolving their karmic debt. People with this goal accept whatever occurs in their lives and being accepted in most important to them. They have a difficult time saying "no." Rejection is painful to them. John F. Kennedy is an example. Submission: 10% of the population. Submission is the experience of placing oneself in the service or cause of another. This might be someone who is devoted to their family, their job or a cause. They put others needs before their own. Mother Teresa, television’s Mr. Rogers, and Joan of Arc are examples. Dominance: 10% of the population. Taking charge is the main theme of this goal. They often reach positions of leadership in their families, their careers or in social situations. They need to be in control. Some control through silence, others by sheer verbosity. Some use generosity and wisdom while others use martyrdom and the threat of suicide to control. Alexander the Great, Mozart, Julius Caesar, and Karl Marx are examples. |

Chief Obstacles Your Chief Obstacle is the stumbling block that your Soul has set up make it harder to reach your Goal. It creates experience as we move toward achieving our goals. It prevents us from breezing through our lifetimes without learning or challenging ourselves. Once you conquer this Obstacle, it is no longer a problem in your lifetime. Self Deprecation: Self-critical, low self-esteem. Fear of being inferior. Learning the lesson of humility, not want to appear arrogant. When a soul conquers this obstacle, Self Depreciation becomes humility. Hugh Grant, John Travolta, Montgomery Clift and Woody Allen have this obstacle. Hugh Grant and Woody Allen have made careers out of their obstacles, while Montgomery Clift's obstacle ended up contributing to his early death. This obstacle can be erased through an accurate understanding of personal self-worth and self-esteem. Arrogance: This is the feeling of low self-esteem hidden by a veneer of high self-worth or an air of superiority. Arrogance is the fear that others will judge them and find them wanting. This obstacle can be conquered by building up your self-esteem and realizing your self-worth. Jack Nicholson, Madonna and Marie Antoinette are examples. Jack Nicholson and Madonna use their arrogance to their advantage in their careers while Marie Antoinette paid with her life for her arrogance. Self-Destruction: Hard time adjusting to life, often abused as children. Alcoholics, drug users, adrenaline junkies, and suicidal people have this obstacle. This obstacle may also be chosen by someone who needs to pay back karma -- a soldier who throws himself on a grenade to save his comrades, a mother who runs back into a burning building to save her children. Keith Richards, John Belushi, Marilyn Monroe and Drew Barrymore are examples. The first three destroyed their lives with their obstacles while Drew Barrymore seems to be on the path of conquering hers. Greed: The experience of wanting or desiring out of a fear that there will not be enough to go around. No matter how much one has, it is never enough. Greed can also manifest as emotional greed -- craving more experiences, relationships, love, etc. Greatest fear is of starving or being left with nothing (sometimes a bleed through from a past life). Greed can be eliminated by confronting the fear of lack and looking for the root of that fear. Michael Douglas, Martha Stewart and Hitler are examples. Martyrdom: Selflessness, sometimes to the point of zealotry. Greatest fear is of being victimized or taken advantage of by others. Always doing things to prove their worth. Passive-aggressive. Reaffirm your life with this mantra: "I deserve the blessings of life." Nelson Mandela and Abraham Lincoln suffered physically for their causes, while Joan of Arc and Martin Luther King died for theirs. Kurt Cobain let his obstacles take over his life and committed suicide. On the other hand, Billy Crystal, Regis Philbin and Yoko Ono have conquered their obstacle. Impatience: Tries to do too many things at the same time. Either is never late or always late. Time is very important. If a Young Soul, a Type A personality. Fear of missing out on something. When you rush around trying to do it all, you miss the fullness of each moment. Positive affirmation: “I have all the time I need.” Tim Allen, Quentin Tarantino and James Woods are examples. Stubbornness: Determined, obstinate. Fear of being pushed around. Doesn't like change. Can be inflexible. Can manifest as not doing something as well as doing something. The remedy for this obstacle is the practice of letting go in the face of resistance. The positive pole of this obstacle is the determination to move ahead and persevere no matter what challenges lie ahead. The negative pole is grinding to a halt and refusing to move forward. Jane Fonda, George Patton and Charlton Heston are examples of inflexibility in this obstacle while Robert Duvall and Glenn Close have learned to give. Barbara Boxer and Dianne Feinstein have used their Stubbornness obstacle to move ahead in the political arena. |

Essence Twins, Task Companions
and Soul Mates An Essence Twin is a soul that travels with you on your journey. They are a part of you, a reflection of your self. And they can augment your soul. Your Essence Twin is sometimes disincarnate and when that happens, his Role is even stronger within you. Sometimes your disincarnate Twin becomes a spirit guide. If your Twin in incarnate, sometimes you meet and become a part of each other's lives -- sometime you never meet. If you do meet, there is an instant sense of belonging and knowing. Your Twin reflects back your strengths and weaknesses. It is similar to looking into a mirror of your own soul. You don't always get along with your Twin and he/she is not always a partner. A Twin can be a parent, a sibling, or a very good friend. Madonna and Sean Penn are examples of unhappy Twin Essences while Sam Shepherd and Jessica Lange are examples of happy and connected Twins. Richard Burton and Elizabeth Taylor are a perfect of example of Twins who couldn't live with or without each other. Hugh and Christine Hefner are examples of parent/child Twins. Task Companions are also souls who travel on your journey but they are helping you accomplish your goals and tasks of this cycle of life. If incarnate, your Task Companion might be a partner in a business or a co-worker; however, he/she might have a much smaller role -- a teacher who gave you a push in the right direction, a boss who helped your career, a friend who gave you good advice, even a stranger who gave you a few dollars when you desperately needed it. You might not remember your Task Companion's name, but you will remember the deed. Sometimes, if your Task Companion has karma of his/her own to work on, then he/she will not be a part of your life this time around. As with your Essence Twin, a disincarnate Task Companion can become one of your spirit guides. For example, I am a Scholar with an Essence Twin and a Task Companion who are both Kings. Therefore, through all of my lives, I have been fairly success in my endeavors and have always lived in advanced civilizations rather than third-world countries; however, being a Scholar, I have no desire to "lead men" as a true King would. However, since both are now discarnate, their King essences are with me. My Task Companion has never been incarnate during this lifetime, so I have always had his King essence within me. My Essence Twin was incarnate at one time; however, we never met and she is now disincarnate. After her death, she took on the role of one of my Spirit Guides. We have followed each other throughout our lives, paralleling our lives. An example: I was hung for witchcraft in the Dark Ages, while she was burned at the stake. A Soul Mate is a soul with whom you have had several prior lives with or an extremely intense life with. You might also have known this soul in between lives -- on the astral plane. Perhaps your two souls decided to connect when you both reincarnated. You feel an immediate pull toward that person because of this connection. Some Soul Mates spend numerous lifetimes together. I have had 34 lives with one of my friends, and while there was an immediately connection between us, there was no physical attraction. Just a feeling of familiarity. Twin Essences are often mistaken for Soul Mates. |
